EXECUTIVE TRAINEE PROGRAM (ETP)

Position Requirements
Executive Trainee Program is a program which provides you with enriched and comprehensive on the job training and leadership experiences. As an Executive Trainee you will have the opportunity to assist and work closely with the Board of Directors in person to enhance your capability and business talent. By joining this program, you will be expected to gain in-depth understanding of the business process and sharpen your managerial skills.

• Bachelor Degree from Reputable University, preferably those who held Master Degree
• Age maximum 28 for Bachelor  Degree and 30 for Master Degree (on July 1, 2011)
• GPA/IPK minimum 3 (scale of 4)
• Maximum working experience 4 years for Bachelor Degree and 3 years for Master Degree
• Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEFL – Min. 500 and its equivalency for TOEIC/TOEFL CBT/TOEFL  iBT/IELTS)
• Will be placed at Jakarta based office
