MT Fleet Operation - Indonesia
Responsibilities
Responsible for oversight and coordination of Fleet Operations including: provision of fleet crew, efficient movement of the fleet and crews to their assigned locations, budgeting and cost management of the fleet, safety compliance of the fleet, technical support and reliable operation of the fleet.
Main Job
- Planning, designing, developing, and analyzing business processes of fleet management (Operational Maintenance).
- To analyze quality & cost-related quality of fleet
- To analyze the needs of part & material in each branch
- Monitor repair and fuel costs and evaluate performance efficiencies of equipment
- Analyze fleet's quality & cost control and reporting
- Review and approve fleet maintenance facilities
Requirements
- Age max. 28 years old
- S1 Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, and Industrial Engineering), mwith inimum GPA 2.75
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience in the fleet management service
- Have good analytical skills and open minded
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
