Junior Management Development Program (JMDP)

Responsibilities:
JMDP is designed to prepare high potential candidates to become future leader

Requirements:

• Male/Female, single maximum 26 years old
• Min Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00 (scale 4.00)
• Should be able to work under pressure and tight deadline
• Have experience min. 2 years (Fresh Graduated are welcome)
• Dynamic, creative, fast learner, and highly motivated with excellent service attitudes
• Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
• Good Appearance, good communication, strong leadership, and innovative problem-solver
