UOB Indonesia was founded with the name of PT Bank Buana Indonesia on August 31, 1956. UOB Indonesia have consistently focused on serving the needs of retail costumers, especially small and medium enterprises ("SMEs"). Management Associate Development Program (MADP)

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with GPA min 3,25/4 or Master Degree with GPA 3,50/4 from overseas and local reputable university
• Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years working experience
• Single, maximum 27 years old
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Possess an excellent presentation skills
• High analytical thinking
• Dynamic, communicative, self motivated and passionate individual with exceptional leaderships potential toward performance excellence
