Management Manufacturing Trainee
Cikarang (Jawa Barat), Gresik (Jawa Timur), Surabaya (Jawa Timur), Cilegon (Banten)
Requirements:
- Male maximum 35-year-old
- Min. Bachelor/ master degree, from reputable universities is a must
- Open to all majors
- Having the ability to lead and motivate others
- An organized and able to make planning well
- Having skills in the areas of recruiting, training, motivation and development of employees in the team
- Having a high level of enthusiasm and integrity
- Has the initiative, high motivation, honest, can work in teams, can work under pressure, able to communicate properly
- Willing to be placed in the plant Cikarang, plant Merak, and plant Gresik / Surabaya
