Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- Understanding the process of working and banking operations, both theoretically and factually
- Control the work processes and operating branch offices, to be run in accordance with applicable procedures
- Conduct coaching and effective monitoring through assertive approach to ensure effective implementation of the work process and in accordance with the procedures

- Education min. S1 from various majors, IPK min. 2.75 (4:00 scale)
- Work experience in the banking operations (front office and back office) at least 1 year or fresh graduate with work experience or internships in companies
- Have the ability to analyze and interpersonal skills, self-reliant, confident and able to work under pressure
- Excellent English and Computer literate (Ms. Office) adequate
- Willing to be placed in the branches of Panin Bank in Indonesia in accordance with applicable policies
