Toyota Sales Operation (Auto2000) - Management Trainee

PT Astra Intl Tbk-Toyota Sales Operation (Auto2000) established in 1975 under the name Astra Motor Sales, new in 1989 and changed its name to Auto2000. Auto2000 is a network of sales service, maintenance, repair and supply spare parts of Toyota's management is fully handled by PT Astra International Tbk.

Currently playing Auto2000 is the largest Toyota dealership in Indonesia, which controls between 70-80% of total Toyota sales. In its business activities, Auto2000 associated with PT Toyota Astra Motor, the sole agent (ATPM) Toyota. Auto2000 is the official dealer of Toyota with four other Toyota dealers.

Management Trainee


General Requirement:

• Minimum GPA 2,8
• Maximum 27 years old
• Actively involved in organizational activities
• Willing to be placed in all AUTO 2000 branches
• Having good analytical thinking and leadership skills

MT-Sales SPV (Code: BDG-MT Sales SPV)

Qualification:

• S1/S2 any major
• Preferably have experience in Sales Area

Prepared to be: Sales Supervisor>Branch Head

MT-Finance & Adm. SPV (Code: BDG-MT FA SPV)

Qualification:

• S1 Finance/Accounting

Prepared to be: Finance & Adm Head

MT-After Sales SPV (Code: BDG-MT AS SPV)

Qualification:

• S1 Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Prepared to be: Service Head/Parts Head
