Branch Head Development Program (BHDP)
Responsibilities:
A program to prepare individuals to excel professionally Branch Chief within a maximum of 5 months
Requirements:
- Male / Female, single
- Education min S1 / S2 all disciplines with min GPA 3.00 (scale 4)
- Maximum age 25 years old (S1) and 28 years old (S2)
- Willing to abide by rules and regulations BHDP
- Willing to undergo a bond
- Willing to be placed throughout the territory of Indonesia with the exception of Papua
- Good personality, highly motivated, able to communicate well, have strong analytical power and have a high commitment in working
Responsibilities:
A program to prepare individuals to be chief administrative superior in our branches within maximum 3 months
Requirements:
- Male / Female, single
- Education min D3 Economics / Administration
- GPA min 3.00 (scale 4)
- Age maximum 25 years
- Willing to abide by rules and regulations MT-AFC
- Willing to undergo a bond
- Willing to be placed throughout the territory of Indonesia with the exception of Papua
