- Bachelor’s degree from any major with GPA min. 3.00 from reputable universities
- Self motivated & hard working
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Have a record of activities in campus or out of organization
- Have leadership skills
- Career minded
- Confident person with good communication skill
- Able work as a team
- Have high motivation to move to higher / management level
