- To receive training and perform duties in several departments such as Sales & Marketing, Retail
- Operations & Merchandising, Product Development, Finance & Accounting, and Human Resources
- To learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and
- practices that affect each phase of business
- To observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards
- required for performance of departmental duties
- To play a significant role in long term planning, including an initiative gears toward operational
- excellence
Requirements:
- Male / Female, Maximum 30 Years Old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) With GPA Min. 2.75
- 1 – 2 years experience in the same position, preferably from retail. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Proactive, high integrity, diciplined and able to work under pressure
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent in English (oral and written). Able to communicate in mandarin would be an advantage
