Management Trainee

Responsibilities:
Develop management and leadership skill in order to be ready as future leader . The chosen person shall willing to do Job Rotation in different functions in several Department. 

Requirements:

• Master Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics and other equivalent with minimum GPA/IPK 3,2
• Profiency in English both oral and written
• Have a knowledge about Marketing, Business Management and other equivalent
• Have a knowledge about business process
• Eager to learn and able to work in a team as well as individual
• Energiatic, dynamic personality
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
