Responsibilities:
Management trainee as part of future leader position in the company, he / she must learn lot of things in aluminium foil manufacturing process such as : aluminium machine for production, leadership skill, administration, etc, to increase his / her capabilities to support company strength in the market competition.
Management trainee will be trained, developed intensively and be involved in hands on project to become future leaders of the company to deal with competitive business environment. Management trainee will get a comprehensive training which consists of combination of in class & on the job training. The program is designed to develop future leader by providing knowledge & direct practice on our core business.

Requirements:
- Male / Female, age between 21 - 27 years old
- Have a minimum D3, S1 degree in Engineering ( Industry, Mechanical, Chemistry, Electro , etc ) from a reputable university with GPA : 3.00
- Fresh graduated with high potential, preference have an organization experience ( at school / university / society )
- Should have through knowledge on various soft-wares i.e. Ms. Windows, Office.etc. will have first preference
- Fluent in English language will have added advantage
- Able to work under pressure & having good manner as team player
- Self motivated, high initiative and adaptability
- Willing to staf at Pandaan Pasuruan
